CENTRES
Centres of the Network Project on Buffalo
improvement are spread throughout the length and breadth
of the country, carefully conserving distinct breeds
in and around their respective home-tracts. These centres
have been established during the Ninth and Tenth Five-year
plans in collaboration with different universities and
ICAR institutes. The research and developmental programme
of these centres are coordinated by the institute.
